Organizational justice is a very important factor at the organizational level.Some scholars even think that Organizational justice is one of the most important characteristics of an organization.In the study of organizational behavior,organizational justice has always been a very important explanatory variable.In recent years,the research also found that positive employee expression behavior is an excellent behavior in the organization.The organization should be motivated to provide a theoretical basis for regulating the employee’s expression behavior by exploring the relationship between organizational justice and employee expression behavior and its mechanism.This study used The Organizational Fairness Scale,The Employee Silence Scale,The Employee Voice Scale and The Relationship Profile Text to survey the employees,and obtains 406 valid questionnaires.The SPSS16.0 and AMOS17.0 were used to test the reliability of the questionnaire and the confirmatory factor respectively.The test results showed that all the questionnaires had good reliability and validity.The results showed that:(1)Part of organizational justice,employee expression and healthy dependency dimensions have significant differences in gender,educational background and seniority;For example,the level of Procedural justice,Distributive justice,Interpersonal justice,f Informational justice,Prosocial voice,Promotive voice,and Prohibitive voice of male employees are significantly higher than female employees.(2)On the basis of controlling the other dimensions of gender,educational background,seniority and other independent variables,organizational justice have significant correlation with employee expression;For example,Acquiescent silence is significantly positively correlated with Destructive overdependence,positively correlated with Dysfunctional detachment,and significantly negatively correlated with Healthy dependency.(3)Organizational justice has a significant predictive effect on staff expression behavior;For example,Distributive justice has a significant positive predictive effect on Prosocial silence,and Informational justice has a significant negative predictive effect on Prosocial silence.(4)Healthy dependency moderated the relationship between organizational justice and employee expression.Healthy dependency plays a reinforcing role in the relationship between Interpersonal justice and Prosocial silence,and plays a reinforcing role in the relationship between Procedural justice and Prohibitive voice.Dysfunctional detachment plays a weakening role in the relationship between informational justice and Prosocial silence.
