Government Promotion Policy Of Adolescent Mental Health In Jiangsu Province

The issue of adolescent mental health is a significantly practical topic which is closely related to the future of a nation and a country.Although the project in this field in Jiangsu province was launched earlier and carried out effectively with certain scale,there are still problems unsolved,which include weakness of policy executive efficiency,lack of measures of guiding parents to stress on the integration of upbringing and educating,low demand on school mental health education,insufficiency of the organization of community response and participation and emergence of so-called professional institutions.Under such circumstances,the government promotion policy of Jiangsu province was correspondingly put forward.The paper,by analyzing research status at home and abroad,via theoretical interpretation and conceptual analysis,based on the governance theory,decentralized responsibility effect theory,mutual adjustment model and analytical technique,with the help of survey research and documentation,on the basis of the study of certain number of cases,operationally putting emphasis on the three concepts of adolescent mental health,standard of adolescent mental health,and government promotion policy of adolescent mental health,firstly researches each subsystem(government,family,school,community and professional institution)from the perspective of construction,then coordinates and balances all the stakeholders to try to form a relatively perfect and practical system.The paper suggests that government functional departments build a government-family dual-core system and form a five-ring service mode of government-family-school-community-professional institution,by means of legislation guidance,system construction,management innovation and social mobilization,to bring benefit to people.In addition,to reach the goal,the following two points can't be ignored.One is the emphasis on responsibility awareness of every social participant;the other is the need of a good example to play a leading role positively.If the issue of adolescent mental health could be subsumed into national social security system,it would be a great exploit to benefit generation after generation.
