The Planning Research Of The Movie And TV Culture Characteristic Town In Nanjing Shiqiu Based On The Circle Of Industry Organisms Theory

As China continues to promote the adjustment of urban and rural structures and implement the strategy of rejuvenating the countryside,characteristic town has been arising at this moment and has gradually become hotter in order to better resolve the similarity problem of industrial upgrading and industrial development.However,it also brings side effects such as overexploitation of real estate in characteristic towns.From the current characteristic towns planning theory,although the ecological development of the characteristic towns has also been proposed,there is still a lack of research on the industrial ecology of the characteristic towns.Therefore,the Circle of Industry Organisms theory is applied to the planning of characteristic towns,redefining the planning and layout of its production,life,and ecology.Based on this,this article takes the Movie and TV culture characteristic town in Nanjing Shiqiu as an example.From the point of view of the Circle of Industry Organisms theory,it thoroughly explores the deficiencies in its planning and construction,proposes reasonable planning in order to truly promote its healthy and sustainable development,and provides new theoretical support for the planning of other characteristic towns.On the basis of summarizing the existing the Circle of Industry Organisms theory and related theories,this paper divides the Circle of Industry Organisms theory into three parts: core industry,expanding industry,and industrial support system,then coupled with the Movie and TV cultural towns to form the three components of the Movie and TV culture Circle of Industry Organisms.In this regard,the core industry circle construction model of self-development mode,introduction of regeneration mode and active embedding mode is proposed separately and expand the interaction between industry circles are industry drive and industrial integration.At the same time,this paper starts from the factors that affect the spatial layout of the Movie and TV culture towns,and puts forward the general spatial layout of the Movie and TV culture towns under the influence of the Circle of Industry Organisms theory.Based on the above theoretic analysis,this article separately discusses the elements of constructing the Movie and TV culture Circle of Industry Organisms from the three aspects of the status quo industry,industry support system,and space layout of the Movie and TV culture characteristic town in Nanjing Shiqiu,which mainly includes the core industries,development industries,the industrial support system of the Movie and TV culture characteristic town in Nanjing Shiqiu and the formation model of the Movie and TV culture Circle of Industry Organisms.At the same time,the planning and layout of the characteristic town's core industrial space and overall space are proposed.
