The acoustic study of vowels in bayingolin state heshuote special dialect of Xinjiang was first carried out in heshuote,bayingolin state of Xinjiang.On this basis,"the acoustic parameters database of Xinjiang bayingolin state heshuote dialect" is established.On the basis of traditional phonetics,the vowels of Xinjiang bayingolin state heshuote's special dialect are systematically discussed by using modern phonetics,experimental phonetics theory,quantitative and qualitative research methods.This paper is composed of introduction,chapter one,chapter two,chapter three,summary,reference,appendix and acknowledgements.The introduction part includes the reason of the topic selection,the historical source of heshuote tribe,the research status,research purposes,research methods,innovation points,research significance,and the general situation of "the acoustic parameters database of bayingolin state heshuote dialect in Xinjiang",and so on.The first chapter mainly discusses the problem of short vowels in bayingolin state heshuote's dialect in Xinjiang.This paper mainly discusses the acoustic analysis and comparison of the first syllable short vowels and non-first syllable short vowels of the words in bayingolin state heshuote special dialect of Xinjiang.The conclusion is that there are eight short vowels such as [(?),e,i,(?)
