Re-reflection On Painting Feature And Meaning Of Sketching In The Image Age

Throughout the national exhibition,we can find that the image resources have replaced the painter's way of sketching nature.Most of the painters have chosen the way of "working behind closed doors",thinking about life in the studio's square inch.Indeed,From the practical point of view,the image has an advantages over the sketching in the creation,such as light source changes,unstable model's state and time limit frequently encountered in the process of sketching.These problems can be solved by using the image.The superiority of the image causes many people to give up sketching.However,The truth is not so optimistic as we imagine.Everything has two sides.There are also some unfavorable factors while bringing advantages.The excessive use of pictures to create works will make the works lack the depth of thought and cultural connotation,thus influencing the creative play of the artists.Of course,we don't have to put the sketching and the image on the opposite side.The image is not unavailable,but it needs to be used reasonably.This paper is mainly divided into four chapters.The first chapter,beginning with the meaning of sketching,elaborates on the changes in the concept of sketching between eastern and western painting,and discusses the transformation and status quo of traditional sketching under the influence of Western art.The second chapter analyzes the background of the image,and focuses on discussing the transformation of image resources' influences on the form of painting and the idea of creation.The third chapter interprets the differences between "first nature" and "second nature" in the creation of paintings,and points out whether the sketching has stepped out of the dilemma with the impact of images on sketching in contemporary context and under the influence of "the view of the end of literature arts".The last chapter of this paper summarizes the position and value of the sketching in the image age under the above discussion,and puts forward some thoughts and suggestions on how to better perform the painting creation in the contemporary context.
