Peer feedback is an activity for MED students to sit together to observe their peer's class and give their suggestions.This research puts peer feedback in the context of MED students' teaching practicum,exploring how peer feedback may influence MED students'professional development.The research subjects are the pre-service English teachers of 2016 Grade in Central Normal University.Research subjects come from four different practicum schools,respectively No.1 middle school affiliated to Central China Normal University,Wuhan foreign language school,Middle school attached to HUST and Liangdao street middle school.Questionnaire is made according to Professor Wei Jianguo and Zhang Haizhu's classification of teaching skills in their book Theory and Practice of Classroom Teaching Skill in 2008,,which include lead-in skill,language skill,question skill,blackboard writing skill,presentation skill,classroom management skill,feedback and reinforcement skill,variability skill and closure skill.This research uses questionnaire,observation and interview as research instruments.This research has three conclusions.First of all,MED students hold a positive attitude toward peer feedback in their internship.Secondly,peer feedback in MED students' teaching practicum has a positive influence on the improvement of MED students' teaching skills,but it is a limited one.Classroom management skill is the best,blackboard writing is the worst.Thirdly,MED students' teaching ability has a room for improvement.This research serves as a guide for normal school improving the quality of MED students' teaching practicum and for MED students' training.MED students should attach much importance to blackboard writing.What's more,MED students should also be given more chances to have class in their daily training.
