A Study Of The Movement Characteristics Of The Male's Waltz 'L.F Closed Change Step'

The purpose of the study is:With the development of dancesport in China,nearly more than 10 years,the overall number of related research papers on dancesport is on the rise,study the principle and characteristics of the movement or the perspective of kinematics from sport biomechanics angle of standard dance movement technology is relatively scarce.The sports dance and kinematics combined with the theory and method of kinematics for quantitative and qualitative analysis of the waltz ‘L.F Closed Change Step',its purpose is to explore the kinematics characteristics and laws of motion,for the sports dance teaching and training to provide a theoretical basis.Research methods:This paper adopts the research method of 3D image analysis,literature review and theoretical analysis,to our country in the domestic and international dancesport game scores of five male athletes are excellent players and the Wuhan Sports University Art Institute standard dance classes in ten male athletes(ordinary players)as the test object,shooting the waltz the ‘L.F Closed Change' action,through the experimental test,get the elite athletes and ordinary players waltz ‘L.F Closed Change Step' in the process of comparative study of body gravity displacement,velocity and joint displacement,speed,angle characteristics.The conclusions are as follows:(1)In a complete waltz ‘L.F Closed Change Step'action,the ordinary players in the first drop of body gravity and starting to forward step starting stage and start to shift your right foot out to the right second drop of body gravity starting phase displacement in three directions are compared with the best players to step forward;in the direction of the displacement of excellent players,the directional movement in the right in front of excellent players;in reducing body weight to back stage focus moving backward excellent players;right after the displacement backward than players backwards;in the mobile stage left the left foot left lateral is slightly less than the outstanding players,continue to back the displacement is slightly larger than the best players.The ordinary player moves forward and backward too early on the left foot and the right foot back,and the rhythm of the vertical direction is not stable at all stages.(2)In a complete waltz ‘L.F Closed Change Step' action,the left knee rhythm is not stable enough,the direction of movement is not accurate,and the direction of the right knee joint is better than that of the left leg.The angle changes of the knee joints of the ordinary players are larger than those of the excellent players at all stages.The ordinary players on the right foot back and knee joint change change stage and is close to the best players.(3)The ordinary players in the complete waltz ‘L.F Closed Change Step' in the action process,the left hip in each node is slightly larger than the average speed of movement and speed changes than the excellent athletes,athletes,especially in the vertical direction before and undulating rhythm;ordinary players in the second drop of body gravity,the left hip line the speed with the best players in the Y in the opposite direction;the ordinary players and players right hip line speed direction are consistent in each action node,each node in the ordinary players average action in each direction is slightly greater than the best players;the direction of the ordinary players right hip movement without good players;in the action stage of the ordinary players left and the right hip angle changes slightly larger than the outstanding player;ordinary players left hip on the right foot back and change change phase angle with the best players closer.(4)In the complete waltz ‘L.F Closed Change Step' action,the angle between the left and right thighs varies from the smallest to the largest.The maximum and minimum of the angle between the two thighs is close to that of the ordinary and the outstanding players in the advance and back step.
