Double reverse spin movement is the key technique movement in waltz dance,and it is the basis of many other complex movements.Whether beginners or advanced athletes,the double reverse spin is highly used,in the prescribed combination silver medal,gold medal,or in the pattern combination arrangement,there is this movement.In the competition,the fluency,smoothness and beauty of the double reverse spin is the winning points of the competition results.In the teaching and training,the teaching and practice of double reverse spin is also of great help to improve the skills of other dances.At present,there are few researches and analyses on this technique from kinematics Angle.This study mainly uses the measurement method and means of sports biomechanics,with the help of Perception Neuron Studio motion capture equipment,to study the movement Angle change of the torso of the best players in Group A around the coronal axis,sagittal axis and vertical axis;The change of the Angle of shoulder movement around the coronal axis sagittal axis and vertical axis;The change of the Angle of elbow movement around the coronal axis and sagittal axis;The Angle of motion of hip joint around the coronal axis,sagittal axis and vertical axis;The data of the Angle change of knee joint movement around the coronal axis,sagittal axis and vertical axis and the Angle change of ankle joint movement around the coronal axis and sagittal axis were collected to analyze the single stage and the double integral part.The torso and upper and lower limb joints movement data and group A ballroom of 6,12 and 24 contestants waltz double reverse spin movement to the movement of data difference comparison test,from A scientific point of differentiation and analysis,in order to strengthen our ballroom players for the action of special understanding,To provide scientific and effective guidance for the future teaching,training and competition,and strive to improve the technical level of standard dancers in China,optimize sports performance,and promote the improvement of competitive performance.The research conclusions are as follows:1.When female players do body tilt and swing,the Angle should be greater than that of male players,so as to ensure a fuller picture of the two movements.Shoulder joint in rotation to maintain downward force to elongate the neck and back lines;The force of the elbows extending wirelessly to both sides as they move will stabilize the frame;To enhance stability on both sides,keep the hip and knee firmly locked.Ankle joint muscle control ability to make the dance movement more fluid.2.In the future training,the players in the 24 th,12th and 6th place should continue to keep the training with no significant difference from the best players,and strengthen the training with other significant differences,so as to improve their own technical level and improve their competition results.3.Contestants pay too much attention to the training of competitive combination,neglect the training of basic dance steps,and neglect the training of body muscle ability.The lack of body muscle control ability affects the stability of dance movements.
