Marx's humanistic ideology focus on the "real people",it expounds the more important human-to-human social relations instead of the relationship between man and nature.It fundamentally distinguishes Marx's humanities from other humanities.Marx's humanistic ideology is a scientific theoretical system.The core of theory is the thought of human essence,including that the gattungswesen is the practice of freedom and self-consciousness,and the human nature is the sum of all social relations.Besides,Marx's humanistic ideology takes "human needs" as its internal driving force and starting point,with "human development" as its purpose and destination,and "human practice" as an important mean.Education as a human's practical activity is an object-oriented activity with the "real person" as the main body.It should be based on the actual needs of people,and through the specific social practice activities such as learning and communication,to achieve the development and growth of educated people.Ultimately it points to people' s freedom and overall development.Virtue represents goodness,excellence,excellent virtue and quality.Virtue education is to guide people in pursuit of excellence and perfection.Its goal is to achieve humanity promotion and perfect.According to the objective rules,virtue education needs to guide educators to master the knowledge of virtue,cultivate emotional motivation and conduct adequate practical training.On this basis,virtue quality will translates into stable ability and behavior,then realize the integration of knowledge and actions.But now virtue education conflict with above rules,in education goals,content,methods,etc.Virtue education faces difficulties in reality,include:the distortion of individual subjectivity in virtue education,the loss of practicality in virtue education,the unsuitability external environmental factors and virtue education.Therefore,the current virtue education cannot satisfy the growing needs and expectations of modem people,and get obvious results.In the process of modernization,the status and role of "people" have been increasingly highlighted and valued.The diversified development of people's ideological conditions and modes of thinking requests that virtue education concens about people's actual needs,realizes the humanized transformation and innovation of virtue education.Marx's humanistic ideology instructs the virtue education to focus on real people,caring about the needs and expectations of real people,cultivating people's intrinsic virtues and qualities,through the basic social practice activities such as learning and social interaction.Then the educated will realize the enhancement of human nature and the enrichment of the soul,which ultimately point to the free and comprehensive development of human beings.In the visual field of Marxist humanism,virtue education should give full play to its own principle of subjectivity,practice and life.The virtue education is hoped to reshape its three-dimensional goals,to unite the cooperation of the virtue education and to transform the discourse system of virtue education.Through these methods,the virtue education can realize the humanized transformation and innovation.All of the above provides a possible path for the virtue education practice.
