The Space Analysis And Protection Utilization Of The Traditional Settlement In Lan'an Town,Lu Ding County

The traditional settlement is the wisdom crystallization of the construction activity of people in different regions and it's also the true depiction of different regional cultures,architectural techniques,folk customs,practices,and technology,which profoundly reflects the context of Chinese culture and social development in different historical contexts.The development of society,the innovation of technology,the accelerated pace of urbanization and the deepening of the strategy of rural revitalization lead people's concept of life is constantly changing,the traditional settlement is gradually declining and became increasingly scarce and hollow,traditional settlement styles are being seriously damaged.Actively conducting researches on the traditional settlements space analysis and protection and utilization have important implications on how to solve the conflict between traditional settlement protection and development.And it also a subject that many scholars are eager to discuss.This article takes the analysis and protection of traditional settlements in ancient town of Lan'an as the research object.using literature research,on-the-spot investigation,social interview,geographic information analysis,summarizing and others method to analyze and summarize the natural geography,historical humanities,social economy and settlement space of the research area firstly,analyze the basic characteristics of local industrial structure and settlement space.Generally speaking,Lan'an ancient town has excellent natural geographical environment,abundant resources,long history and culture,unique ethnic customs and strong culture of the Red Army,traditional settlements are relatively concentrated and large-scale,but their socio-economic development models are more traditional and unique.Secondly,in the analysis of the traditional settlement space in the ancient town,it mainly focuses on the spatial location of traditional settlements,the spatial composition,the types of dwelling houses,and the dominant factors that influence the development of settlements.It is concluded that the traditional settlement of Lan'an Ancient Town presents the characteristics of site selection based on geographicalenvironment,traditional culture and security defense.The settlement roads are vertically or horizontally aligned with the contour lines,with various service functions.The regional water system is well developed.The settlement node space presents three basic forms: dotted,linear,and lumps.The distribution pattern of residential dwellings has three distribution forms: banded type,mass type,and hash type.The types of residential dwellings are various,mainly consisting of single-unit and combined dwellings.The main factors that influence the development of settlements including natural geographical environment,socio-economic development,political factors,ideology and culture,and construction technology development.Finally,in the research on the protection and utilization of traditional settlements,this paper analyzes the protection value of settlements,the status quo of protection,and the contradictions and dilemmas.According to the analysis,the ancient settlements of the ancient town of Lan'an have a high historical,artistic,and scientific value.But there are also exit some problems such as poor residents' protection awareness,single protection subject matter,serious dismantling,and lack of protection.And also the conflict between settlement protection and development,settlement protection and the residents' modern living needs has become increasingly prominent.The dilemma of the settlement of traditional cultural heritage and the loss of settlements traditional construction technologies has become increasingly serious.Based on this,proposed hierarchical partition protection.Protection measures such as protection,preservation,repairs,improvement,rectification and transformation are used to protect the elements of settlement and material cultural elements.Use of exhibition hall protection,family heritage,cultural tourism,digital protection and other protection methods for intangible cultural heritage.This paper classifies and analyzes the tourism resources of Lan'an,and explores the development path of developing tourism industry to promote the protection,utilization and development of traditional settlements.Propose development models for tourism projects,which includes ancient town settlement tourism,cultural experience tourism,mountain tourism experience.And also put forward some protection measures for the protection and utilization of traditional settlements.
