Research And The Protection Of Wubu Ancient Cave Settlement Pattern

The research topic of traditional Chinese settlement in our country at the stage of infancy.Through the study and protection of traditional settlement pattern to continuity and develop the human Survival region-specific context in modern society,is the direction of the theory by the academic community concerned and explore generally in China.In northern Shaanxi areas of Shaanxi province,Cave Habitat village is one of development more mature traditional settlement patterns in China.The evolution of settlement patterns impact of history and culture,and the natural ecology,The settlement has a unique settlement pattern and cultural characteristics.This paper studies "the ancient city of wubu cave" is very typical Fortress Habitat village-style cave in northern Shaanxi areas. The research object of papers, with a combination settlement pattern of cave and Fortress,through field research study to collect a large number of natural, historical, cultural background information, on this basis, the focus of analysis the process of the formation and development of settlements patterns.And studied basic elements,including the spatial patterns of settlement constitutes a layout-level, street space, landscape composition, architecture and human forms of social relations.Combined with the status quo settlement characteristics and problems, advance measures and methods about protection and the use of settlement.Aimed to research sustainable development ideas on "the ancient city of wubu cave".
