Mind wandering is a common consciousness in our daily life,it is a state of consciousness spontaneously produced by the individual in sober state.Related studies found that accounted for at least a half of people waking hours at the same time.And the mind wandering negative influence on our work and the study also not allow to ignore,so we need to take the corresponding training as much as possible to reduce mind wandering,and then reduce the negative effects of mind wandering.This paper mainly studies the effect of a brief mindful breathing exercise influence on mind wandering.This article includes two studies.The first study we used the MWQ and MAAS measure the relationship between mind wandering and mindfulness.In the second study,we used SART to investigate the effect of a brief mindful breathing exercise on mind wandering,and we recorded the behavioral index and self-reporting of our participants in this task.In this study,we use one factor more than control group pretest posttest design,and the participants were randomly divided into three groups of 32 people,namely,the mindfulness group,the news group and the free rest group.Each group was treated by experiment at the same time.The results show that:First,the level of mindfulness is negatively correlated with mind-wandering;Secondly,a brief mindful breathing exercise can reduce the occurrence of mind-wandering,and the two are causality.Third,individuals experience accelerated reactions when they are mind-wandering...
