Deception is very common in daily life, children have always been instructed not to lie by their parents and teachers. However, from the perspective of individual development, the emergence and development of early lying behaviors are reflection of children's normative social and cognitive development. This study examined the effects of cognitive and behavioral and moral cognition factors on children's lying behaviors. The experiment was performed using the classic research paradigm for lying, temptation resistance procedure which is called "listen and guess".The experiment discussed children's active cheating behavior. The method of questionnaire was used to measure the temperament type of children, and investigate the influence of temperament type of children on deception behavior, and the discovery of temperament type had no significant effect on children's lying behavior.Children performed ToM tasks,CFR tasksand EF tasks. The Chinese version of Parental Temperament Questionnaire(PTQ)of NYLS was used to investigate characteristics and type distribution, the Chinese version of Conners Teacher Rating Scale to test children's behavior. The moral cognition of children is examined by observing rules, moral evaluation, pleasing others and being caught.Explore the relationship between these factors and children's active cheating behavior.Studies have shown that most children have the ability to lie spontaneously at the age of four to five. The counterfactual reasoning ability has an effect on children's spontaneously lying. In moral evaluation, children believe that the higher the probability of being caught, the less likely the child will peek. The study also found that children's counterfactual reasoning had an effect on children's secondary psychological theory.
