The Re-creation Of Characters In The Folk Culture Of Guangling

Shehuo is a folk activity during the Spring Festival in China.It has strong folk custom.The folk culture of Guangling Shehuo is one of Shanxi local folk culture.It forms local characteristics in the form of performance and the way of performance.With the development of society,the appearance of new things has attracted people's attention.People are pursuing a modern and convenient way of life and they can know everything in the world without going out home.Therefore,people's enthusiasm for traditional folk culture gradually declined.Through the knowledge of the origin,development,inheritance,status quo and artistic value of the traditional folk culture of Guangling Shehuo,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the typical characters of Guangling Shehuo,models the characters by using the typical elements of the characters,recreates typical characters of Guangling Shehuo following the aesthetic sense of modern design and using methods of modern design in order to make typical characters image in the folk culture of Shehuo give people a modern visual presentation.
