Rational Choice Theory From The Perspective Of "Art Test Fever" In Shandong Province Phenomenon Research

China's economy has entered an era of rapid development since the reform and opening up,and the national comprehensive national strength is increasing day by day,accompanied by the influx of foreign culture and advanced technology,our country began to update the traditional concept,vision began to gradually improve,people have a new understanding of all things started.At the same time,our country needs a large number of foreign art talents to fill the domestic shortage of art and culture.Therefore,the continuous growth of demand for practical art talents arises at the historic moment.Since 2000 the national policy requirements,China's major art colleges began enrollment,accompanied by the cultivation of artistic talents in the storm began to blow the popularization,the rise of art talents training mode of various institutions,to learn the art of professional students increased,in the recruitment of the art students continued to grow,leading to the emergence of university art students boom,referred to as "art hot" phenomenon.In the art of thermal phenomena,candidates in the arts is a kind of rational behavior,or irrational behavior,worth pondering.The eighteen major report of the party put forward: "promoting higher quality of employment".As an important part of personnel training in China,the training of art talents will directly affect the national ideology,the prosperity and stability of the society and the long-term stability of the country.This paper uses the methods of literature study,questionnaire survey,semi-structured interviews,field investigation,mathematical statistics,questionnaire survey of Shandong Sports Institute,Linyi University,Taishan University,the University of the first grade dance professional students,and conducted interviews with professional teachers,to fully understand the development status and student art hot the phenomenon of "choose behavior art specialty,obtained through the analysis of data compiled by focusing on the use of the theory of rational choice analysis.The analysis of the causes of this phenomenon from the micro to the macro level,put forward the corresponding solutions,in order to provide reasonable suggestions inShandong province candidates in the art of choice,for the Shandong province university art students give advice and suggestions.The results show that: by using the theory of rational choice,it is considered that the choice of art majors is a rational choice behavior at the level of unit action,and at the system level,it is an irrational choice behavior to apply for art majors.Through the analysis of the influence of art thermal phenomena and attribution,finally from four aspects of school,society,family and students to take active measures to solve this problem,to better guide the candidates in the art professional rational,thus promoting the students to achieve higher quality development,to ensure the stable output of social art talents,building a harmonious socialist society.
