A Study Of Negative Marker Uwhaf,Related Constructions From The Perspective Of Cognition And Pragmatics

On the basis of predecessors’ research results,this paper draw lessons from structural grammar theory from the perspective of cognition,pragmatics,said no significance in modern Chinese "what" the structure of system and comprehensive research,to show the perspective of cognitive function in modern Chinese said no significance of the "what" related structure type of systemic and its cognitive mechanism.This paper is divided into six chapters,the first chapter is the introduction part;Chapter two,chapter three,chapter four and chapter five are the parts and the main body of this paper.The sixth chapter is the conclusion.The first chapter introduces the background and significance of the research.Carding the previous research achievements;The research features and shortcomings of this paper.The second chapter mainly inspects the following five kinds of typical structure type: what X,what X,X what Y,what X no X,describes the structure of the component "X" type and access to parts of speech.The third chapter mainly discusses the negative marker combination of "what" to participate in the structure of semantic category,found that the semantic category are: the negative situation,negative behavior,the negative identity classes and negative things;The central meaning of "what" of the negative marker is summed up as: subjective negative evaluation meaning,at the same time,all kinds of typical constructions have their core meanings,and reveal the limitation of "X" of the component "X" to construct meaning.The paper points out the relevance context of subjective negative evaluation and analyzes the semantic type of the following sentences.This chapter also describes the semantic intensity level sequence of the negation mark "what" related constructs from the perspective of cognitive function.The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the pragmatic function of "what" related constructs,and thinks "what" can be regarded as the meta-language,and has the function of meta-language negation;The negative marker "what" related constructs violates the cooperation principle,but obeys the politeness principle,thus produces the conversational implicature;From the point of view of information structure and conceptual domain,this chapter considers that the negative mark "what" correlation construct has the function such as the counter-expectation of the knowledge domain,the anti-expectation of the line domain and the anti-expectation of the field.The fifth chapter mainly studies the motivation and mechanism of "what" related constitutive form.This chapter of "what" is examined from the perspective of diachronic negatives,think grammaticalization is negative marker "what" related structure type is an important mechanism of produce,and describes the "what" grammaticalization path,reveal its grammaticalization features;When "what" is grammatized,the subjectivity of the language and the subjectivity of the interaction,the re-analysis of the structure and the context absorption are also playing a role.The sixth chapter is the conclusion,which summarizes the viewpoints and shortcomings of this paper.
