It is well known that Thailand is the most typical Chinese Craze country.Now more and more Chinese department at Thai Universities began to set in order to cultivate more Chinese students.However,the development of Chinese Language in Thailand has one of the biggest problems,that is the shortage of textbooks.During2016 to 2018,I am a Chinese volunteer teacher at Walailak University.After knowing well the situation of student's learning and the University's teaching,According to the latest teaching theory,learning from the compiling principles and experience of predecessors and applying Anchor Teaching Approach for the first time to the teaching material,I compiled <Thailand Intermediate Chinese Listening and Conversation material which based on Anchored Instruction Model>.The first chapter of this paper described reasons of choosing the topic,research purposes,research significance,research methods and the results of previous studies in detail.The second chapter introduced the situation of Walailak University's Chinese teaching and the existing problems in Listening and Speaking course.The third chapter is theoretical framework of the preparation of Textbook Compilation,which included compiling principles,compiling characteristics,compiling ideas and compiling styles.The forth chapter are elements of teaching materials design,which included the principles and reasons of choosing these topics,the design of Anchored problems,the arrangement of the text and the design of exercises.The fifth chapter are analysis of Case Study and the results of textbook practice,which included the analysis of teaching plan and the statements of students feedback.the sixth chapter are my opinions of the existing problems of this textbook and the possible solutions to those problems.The last chapter is summary of this paper.
