System Analysis And Control Measures Research Of Heresy Spreading In Our Country

There are frequent crimes of heresy organization in China with the booming economy and the impact of new ideas and cultures since the reform and opening-up in the 1970 s.For instance,there are “Falungong”,“Huhanpai”,“Mentuhui”,“Linglingjiao” and “Quannengshen” and so on with larger scales.The emergence of these heresies brings great harm to the state and society.For example,a succession of violence and terror events arouse many fears in people and the extortion and illegal enrichment give rise to great damage to the socialist market economy.What's more,some heresy organizations not only bewitch the national staff to strike the administrative institutions but also start a rumor internationally to smear the image of China leading to a strong impact on the international status of our country with their strong political demands.Therefore,the heresy has become the enemy of the whole world like a cancer looking towards all over the world.The countries and governments have realized the potential threats and the serious and realistic perniciousness of the heresy and are actively carrying out the fight against the heresy.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part is to define the concept of heresy on the basis of investigating the theoretical study about the concept of heresy in the theoretical cycle at home and abroad.It clarifies the nature and characteristics of the heresy and analyzes the serious harm of the heresy to the society of our country.It explains the urgency of preventing and combating the heresy and distinguishes the heresy from the religion and general criminal gangs easy to fight accurately and intensively.The second part is to thoroughly and considerately explore the reason why the heresy floats up again like the dregs of society from the five aspects of the international background,historical origin,social reason,cultural reason and personal factors on the basis of recognizing the nature of the heresy.It provides the basis for effectively preventing and eliminating the breeding and spreading of the heresy in our country.The third part is mainly to discuss the way to prevent and control the spread of the heresy in our country combing with some experience in the fight against the heresy at home and abroad.It puts forward some suggestions for the measures supposed to be taken to prevent and reject the heresy so far in our society respectively from the three aspects of establishing the anti-heresy social subsystem,building the anti-heresy social and cultural atmosphere and founding the anti-heresy social environment.
