The Application Prospect Of ZHL-36 Bass Sheng In Chinese National Orchestra

It had been over half a century in the explosion of bass instruments since the birth of bass sheng in the 1960 s until the successful development of ZHL-36 bass sheng in 2013.However,academic researches in bass sheng still remained blank during those years,let alone scientific analysis and demonstration,from the acoustics perspective,of musical instrument spectrum data.Under this circumstance,researches into ZHL-36 bass sheng in the paper are of great academic and scientific significance.The paper looked back at the reform process of mid-bass instruments of Chinese National Orchestra,summed up relevant historical achievements and existing problems and tested various features of ZHL-36 bass sheng through scientific research approaches.Besides,it probed into the acoustics causes for its tone integration with national orchestra.Finally,it verified the role that ZHL-36 bass sheng played in fueling the future acoustics development of Chinese national orchestra by composers,conductors and performers,along with the enlightenment to bass voice development of Chinese national orchestra.
