When person feels the external world and completes various activities,he does not solelyrely on a feeling,but integrates the varios sensory information.When the children appear sensory integration dysfunction,there will have a series of maladjustment,will causeadverse effects for children's life,learning and social interaction,and then will bring other psychological and behavioral problems.Thus,sensory integration is vital to the survival and development of person.This article discussed on the subject of "Evaluation scale of children's sensory integration ability dysfunction",the main content includes the following four parts.The first part,through combing the domestic and foreign related literatures,summarizing and analyzing research on existing sensory integration assessment tool,put forward the research question.The second part,based on the concept of children's sensory integration dysfunction,on the basis of related literatures,completed the preliminary preparation of the scale.The third part,3~12 years old430 children in GuizhouProvince were tested,the formal scale was formed by factor analysis,the sensory integration ability of 699 special children were studied,and the results were analyzed and discussed.The forth part,taking 7~12 years old136 children with intellectual disability,cerebral palsy and autism in Guizhou province for example,the characteristics of sensory integration dysfunction in three kinds of special children were analyzed.The assessment scale of children's sensory integration ability dysfunction has a total of 7 dimensions,including 53 subjects,the internal consistency of full scale is0.951,the internal consistency coefficient of sub-scale is between the 0.685~0.934,the split-half coefficient of full scale is 0.749,the split-half coefficient of sub-scale is between 0.679~0.931,thescale has good reliability.Verification of seven dimensions of scale by factor analysis,the x2/dfof full scale is 1.719,the Root-Mean-Square Residual(RMR)is 0.61,the Root Mean Square Error of Approximation(RMSEA)is0.045,the Goodness of Fit Index(GFI)is 0.812,the Adiusted Goodness of Fit Index(AGFI)is 0.791,and the comparison Fitting index(CFI)is 0.878.The results shows that there is no significant difference in the total score of sensory integration ability and the different dimensions between sexes in regular children.There is significant difference in the two dimensions between ages of vestibular hypersensitivity and abnormal execution inhibition.In the influencing factors,the main effect of parenting characteristics andoutdoor activities is not significant,the interaction effectis no significant difference among gender,parenting characteristics and outdoor activities,there is no significant differences in sensory integration scores and dimensions between sexes and age groups in special children,but the types of disorder in the total score of sensory integration dysfunction,the abnormal body perception reaction,the abnormal execution inhibition and tactile response desensitization has significant differences.In influencing factors,the main effectof parenting characteristics and outdoor activities is not significant,and the interactioneffect among sex,parenting characteristics and outdoor activities is not significant.
