The Study Of Dialect Words In Shaanxi's Local Chronicles

The paper uses the dialect vocabulary in the dialects of administrative records and independent dialect written at or above the county level in Shaanxi Province before 2015 as the research object.On the basis of collecting and organizing the local dialect vocabulary and establishing a vocabulary database of the local chronicle dialect,the vocabulary study of the local chronicle dialect was initiated.The paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is an introduction,which clarifies the research object of the paper and the source of the research materials,and limits the research objects and research materials in time and space.The paper summarizes the existing domestic research results related to the subject and clarifies the significance and methods of the research.The second chapter introduces the basic situation of Shaanxi dialects' dialect data compilation,compares the Shaanxi dialect division in Li Rong's "Language Atlas of China"(2012)with that of Shaanxi dialect,and points out their similarities and differences.The third chapter counts the recurring dialect words in the old records of Shaanxi,and explores the reasons for the recurrence of the dialect words in many aspects;from the syllable structure,the analysis of part of speech,and the analysis of the class of righteousness,this paper makes a preliminary analysis of 1041 dialect words and 173 recurrence dialect words in the old records of Shaanxi;a study of the part-of-speech,semantic characteristics,and distribution characteristics of the 16 “?” prepositions in the Shaanxi chronicles.The fourth chapter makes a comparative study of the dialect words in the new and old records of Shaanxi from the diachronic perspective,finds out 44 inheritance and 5 variation words in the dialect words of the local chronicles,the emphasis is to discuss the evolution of the meaning of words.By comparing the corresponding words of the old and new local records with the "Chinese Dialect Dictionary",the flaws in the "Chinese Dialect Dictionary" were corrected.In the fifth chapter,some of the six dialects in the local dialects of the Guanzhong dialect area,such as astronomy,animals,kinship,plants,food,and body,were used as samples to draw 19 maps of the local dialects.The geographical distribution of dialect words is used to examine the internal relations in the Guanzhong dialect area.
