Contemporary China open culture mainly refers to marxism as the instruction,to cultivate the spirit of the Chinese nation and China's people's creative spirit and critical spirit and open character,tolerance for the kernel,condensed in the fine traditions of Chinese culture,inherit the revolutionary culture in the open spirit,open character of developing socialist advanced culture,promote China to the world,realize the construction of human destiny community,enhance China's cultural soft power,promote China's all-round opening,in the process of reform and opening up gradually form the new culture.40 years of the great practice of reform and opening-up has not only contributed to China's economic and social development of the great achievements,also formed the world and the future,innovation,open inclusive of the open culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In modern times need such open culture cultivation have open character,rational criticism,has a new world view,push China to further realize the comprehensive reform and opening up,realize the modern development of the socialist cause,to realize the center of China to the world the actual challenges.This paper will elaborate from the following five parts:The first part elaborates the contemporary Chinese open culture education value prominent times background,analyzes the
