The Study On Sense Of Order In American Abstract Expressionist Painting In The Middle Of The 20th Century

Abstract art is only a typical art form in the 20 th century but not a diffusive art form for many of us.Till today,nobody dares to say that abstract painting is easy to understand,and abstract paintings are always incomprehensible and difficult to experience.Under such circumstances,the analysis and unscramble of abstract paintings requires the exploration and analysis of the essence of the works in combination with the formal language and ideological implication of the works.American abstract expressionism is considered an important node of the development of abstract art in the mid-twentieth century.So the article mainly makes a study of the sense of order which takes the representatives of artists and works in this period for example and through the use of visual perception and order as study method.The article first combs and demonstrates the background and sense of order of abstract expressionism and tries to find a subjective and objective connection through visual experience and sense of order.The third chapter of the dissertation is the core part of the thesis which takes four representative artists and works for example and makes one-sided analysis.Also,some of the artists who have not studied in depth have been given objective and general expositions and explanations after the chapter.When it comes to specific artists and works,the detailed work case analysis is carried out through the organization of points,lines,faces and colors in the works of abstract expressionist related to artists and based on certain visual perception laws and the artist's state of mind.The article try to explore the sense of order through a large number of documents cited by critics and artists and use objective and accurate information as research content at the same timeIn the study,it is found that the order of existence in the abstract expressionism painting works is obvious and the sense of order is also objective.But disorder as the opposite of the order factors also co-exist.Disorder often conveys art cognition beyond our common sense which is non-traditional.Disorder moves to chaos in objective nature but leads to some kind of mystery and symbolism in art in some cases.It can be said that the relativity of order and disorder is not only a limitation for creators and viewers on the contrary it is a path and help under the sense of order.
