The sense of order belongs to an internal force, and basically exists in any form of art work. The sense of order may be anti-natural and anti-perceptual,but for easel painting,as an active perception,it can bring more rational thinking to painting works. The article has four parts. The first section of the first chapter discusses the author’s understanding and thinking on the beauty of order. The first section discusses what order is and where it comes from, and the second section discusses why order is beautiful, where it is beautiful and the significance of its beauty. The second chapter discusses the application of the sense of order in painting. After in-depth understanding of the expression form of rhythm and rhythm of the sense of order,we can roughly feel that the painter makes some vertical arrangement of lines and planes and repeated arrangement of forms in the picture structure, and organizes the space, color and light and shade in a predicted way to realize the feeling of the sense of order. In the process of exploration,I found that not all paintings pursue the art form of symmetry and balance, and orderly paintings are hidden in disorder. The third chapter explores the expression of some basic laws in the process of creation by combining the expression of my works in oil painting creation with the balanced rhythm of composition, the spatial perspective of plane and subjective color expression as the starting point. Finally, the fourth chapter briefly describes my learning process during the postgraduate period.Through these four parts,I begin to think and express my painting, from appreciation to study,to creation, and finally to complete the work,so as to realize the study of art from the perspective of the sense of order, and expand my understanding and creation of the charm of art.
