Research On Investment Environment Optimization Of Cultural Industry Project In Southern Shaanxi Province

In recent years,the cultural industry has become an important growth point for economic development and has helped China's rapid economic development.At the same time,as people's material living standards have risen significantly,the demand for spiritual life has also increased,bringing vitality to China's cultural industry.Therefore,based on the support of national policy environment,China's cultural industry has developed rapidly.However,compared with the developed countries,there is still a certain gap in the development of China's cultural industry,and the development of cultural industry needs to be intensified.The Shangluo Danfeng County in southern Shaanxi has the advantage of local unique natural features and historical and cultural resources,fully with the help of the momentum of the development of cultural industry,changing the traditional economic development way,taking the cultural industry as the leading economic development,promoting the common development of all industries in Danfeng County,so the investment space of the cultural industry project of Danfeng County is big.However,Danfeng County is located in the western region of China,the local economic development is relatively backward,the investment environment of the project is weak,so the investment environment of the cultural industry project in Danfeng County needs to be optimized.Taking Danfeng County as an example,the paper focuses on the optimization of the investment environment of county cultural industry projects in southern Shaanxi.The main contents are as follows: First,the Porter Diamond Model is used to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the investment environment of Danfeng County's county cultural industry projects.SWOT method is used to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,external opportunities and threats within the investment environment of county-level cultural industry projects in Danfeng County,and to identify its main problems.Secondly,using the analytic hierarchy process to systematically evaluate the investment environment of county-level cultural industry projects in Danfeng county,including the establishment of evaluation index system,the determination of index weights,and investment environment evaluation,and then using SWOT to analyze the advantages of investment environment in Danfeng County cultural industry projects.Disadvantages,opportunities and challenges for comprehensive analysis and evaluation;Finally,it proposes an optimization strategy for the problems existing in the investment environment of Danfeng County's county cultural industry projects.The results of this study will help to provide theoretical guidance for the rapid development of the county's cultural industry in Danfeng County in southern Shaanxi,and provide reference for the optimization strategy of other county cultural industry investment projects.
