Cumulative ecological risk refers to the risk factors that can lead to the increase of the frequency of individual negative results in individual living environment including family,school,peer and community.Adolescents are in a special period,vulnerable to risk factors,and thus depression and other negative emotional behavior.This research adopts the Cumulative Ecological Risk Questionnaire,Perceived Social Support Questionnaire,Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale and Baker Self-Rating Depression Scale,A questionnaire survey was conducted among 800 middle school students in three secondary schools in shandong province.Understand the status quo of adolescent depression.Analysis of adolescent depression the grade difference,the difference of students and the differences between the only children.Has been clear about the adolescent depression in terms of gender differences,explore the cumulative ecological risk,and the relationship between social support and self-esteem and adolescent depression,and then puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions of preventing adolescent depression,for the diagnosis and treatment of adolescent mental health education and depression to provide some theoretical guidance.The research adopts the method of questionnaire,correlation analysis and path analysis.The results are as follows:(1)There was no significant difference in the level of depression among adolescents,whether there were only children or children,and there were significant differences in grades.(2)There was a significant correlation between adolescent depression and understanding of social support,self-esteem and cumulative ecological risk.(3)Cumulative ecological risk has a significant direct effect on adolescent depression,and cumulative ecological risk has a significant positive predictive effect on adolescent depression.(4)Adolescents' self-esteem was significantly negatively correlated with depression,and adolescents with high self-esteem had significantly lower levels of depression than those with low self-esteem.(5)Adolescents' understanding of social support ability is negatively correlated with depression level,and adolescents' understanding of social support has negative predictive effect on depression.(6)In the influence of cumulative ecological risk on adolescent depression,selfesteem plays a mediating role,understanding social support to regulate the role,and the fourth is a mediated mediation relationship.(7)Cumulative ecological risk can affect adolescent depression through the intrinsic variables of self-esteem,and this relationship is regulated by social support.
