Development And Application Of Psychological Risk Assessment Tools For Worldskills Competitions Players

Worldskills Competition is a high-level world professional skills competition,known as the "skills Olympics".Our country participates in the worldskills competition,not only can show the exquisite skill and professional quality of our outstanding young people skill talents on the international skill exchange platform,but also can cultivate the high-skilled talent team with international level.In addition to the excellent theoretical knowledge and operational skills,as the leading role of the worldskills competition,the psychological quality of the contestants has aroused the attention of the researchers.In the competition,there are many uncertain factors,in particular,psychological risk is highly correlated with the player ' s performance.Therefore,it is very important to study the psychological risk of competitors.This research uses the literature analysis method,the questionnaire survey method and the analytic hierarchy process method,initially constructs our country world skills competition players psychological risk structure dimension.And,the results showed:(1)The psychological risks of the athletes participating in the world skill competition are motivation risk,concentration risk,psychological preparation risk,emotion control risk,self-confidence risk and team cooperation risk.(2)Based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the weights between the six factors were sorted.They are motivation risk(0.318),risk concentration(0.247),psychological preparation(risk 0.1792),(0.1298)the risk of emotional control,confidence risk(0.0999),team risk(0.0261).(3)Based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the mental risk assessment model of the players in the world skill competition is established.The calculation and consistency check of the index weight are calculated.(4)Study on forty-fourth session of the world skills competition China's athletes psychological risk status.Overall,25 players were in the risk-free zone,accounting for 51 per cent of the overall population;10 were in the low risk area,accounting for 21 per cent of the overall population;8 were in the medium risk area,accounting for 16 per cent of the overall population;and 6 players were in the high risk area,accounting for 12 per cent of the overall population.(5)Put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to reduce the psychological risk of the players in the worldskills competition.Strengthen the adaptability training of the players during the training period.During the competition,the contestants may use the active self-dialogue technique and the relaxation training method to carry on the self-adjustment,impels him to be able to devote oneself wholeheartedly to the competition,enters the smooth state,and displays the highest level.
