This article, taking Yuri Lotman's viewpoint of "space-time" as the starting point and natural scientific as well as humanity theories that had influenced Lotman as a tool, mainly study the later stage of Lotman's cultural semiotic theory, especially on the semiosphere.Four parts are thus devided:introduction, introduction, text, and conclusion. The introduction systematically sorts out the life of Yuri Lotman and theory of Yuri Lotman in a diachronic way.The introduction summarizes the introduction, that is,why this article mainly studies the semiotic thoughts of Lotman. The first chapter focuses on the humanities and natural science concepts that had influenced the overall foundation of Lotman's semiotic thoughts, and studies the subjects and characters that had influenced Lotman's time and space view as well as his semiotic view.On this basis, this chapter continues to query why Lott Man understands the process of interpretation of poetry as the process of infinite meaning generation, why Lotman believes that "history is like a strange movie, even if we press the playback button,we can't return to its original first act."The second chapter studies the two basic concepts of Lotman's cultural semiotics:text and dynamic systems. The research questions include how Lotman views the text and text structure, how to distinguish the cultural type, the development relationship between Lotman's literary semiotics and cultural semiotic thoughts. On this basis, this chapter tries to clarify how Lotman strived to go beyond the fatal problem of to structuralism, why Lotman believes that there is no "excess" in poetry texts;how does the text system create and develop;how do external systems and external texts make text and system development and what are the fatal flaws of this dynamic model. The third chapter examines the core idea of the Lotman cultural semiotic system-"semiosphere" and "explosion".The first and second subsections mainly discuss the problems related to the semiosphere. The research questions include as follows:Why is the existence of the preset semiosphere necessary? Why is symbolic meta-language research feasible? How does Lotman go beyond dynamic mode defects? Why is Lotman's view of history necessary? On the basis of this, this chapter studies those questions as follows:How is meaning generated? Why does Lotman think that dialogue precedes language? Why it is impossible to accurately divide "start" and "end"?The third section examines the"explosive" thinking of Lotman's turn to time, and studies the following questions from several levels:How does Lotman understand that time is irreversible? How does Lotman conclude that the future is unpredictable? And on this basis, this chapter continues to study the issue of meaning, why Lotman discusses "the moment of the explosion occurred outside of time",how he understands "art" and "inspiration" and how come the discussion "explosion and graduality are actually two sides of one matter".The fourth chapter studies the similarities and differences between Lotman and Jakob von Uexkull's semiotic concepts in a comparative perspective, and tries to put forward some ideas for integrating the theory of Lotman and Uexkull. The following questions are included in this chapter:what Uexkull's view of the universe is;what the similarities and differences between "umwelt" and"symbol domain" are;what similarities and differences are Lotman's "I—I","I-he" communication model; On the basis of the referring questions, this chapter continues to understand the "fool—wiseman—madman" theory proposed by Lotman.
