Reading and writing are two important language skills in English learning.Reading is the input of language,writing is the output of the language,the output cannot exist independently,and needs to be based on input.However,in the actual teaching process,people often separate reading and writing teaching,which makes it difficult for students to improve their writing skills.The "Reading and Writing" teaching method combines English reading and writing,systematically and in-depth English reading analysis to increase students' English knowledge input,form a systematic chapter structure diagram in the mind,and guide students to effectively use the input language.Knowledge,when writing English,students can complete writing by imitating the article and extracting the language and grammar knowledge accumulated in the mind.This study conducts research and analysis on the application effect of "reading and writing" in junior middle school English writing teaching,in order to improve students' English writing level and improve the effect of junior middle school English writing teachingThis study uses the "reading and writing" English teaching method to study the influence of English writing performance and the teaching effect of junior high school students.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the relevant theoretical basis of "reading to promote writing" and the relevant research status at home and abroad,the author sets up the control class and the experimental class with the second-year students of a middle school.The English writing of the two classes is taught by the author.On the basis of the use of teaching materials and the same progress of the course,different teaching methods are adopted,the traditional class is divided into traditional reading and writing teaching,and the experimental class is taught by "reading and writing".An eight-week English writing teaching experiment was conducted for two class students.After the experiment,the experimental results were analyzed and discussed..The results of this study show that the implementation of the English reading teaching method of "reading and writing" can significantly improve the English writing ability of junior high school students."Reading and writing" English writing teaching method,paying attention to the cultivation of English writing skills and the accumulation of writing knowledge,and using the relaxed and pleasant teaching methods such as extended reading,analysis and discussion,peer review,etc.to stimulate students' interest in learning.Students actively participate in the study,through effective reading,analysis,systematic understanding of the article,input a lot of language knowledge into the mind.Students can stimulate their interest in English writing in a short period of time and gain English writing skills.Students like this type of writing teaching.Therefore,the application of the "reading and writing" teaching method has a positive effect on the improvement of junior high school students' English writing performance,and it is worthy of promotion and popularization in junior middle school English writing teaching.
