The period of wei and jin dynasties were self-conscious period of literature.The attention of literati to their inner world reaches a peak in literary creation.Ruan ji,as a representative poet in zhengshi period,his poetic creation not only reflects the deep imprint left by the unique political environment in the mind of literati in zhengshi period,but also reflects his deep reflection on himself and society in pain with his unique lyrical way.The study of Ruan ji's poetry has been a hot topic in the academic circle from the western jin dynasty to the contemporary age,and great achievements have been made.On the basis of previous studies,this paper tries to make a more systematic and in-depth study of the image of Ruanji's poetry through the specific analysis of the image of Ruanji's poetry,the specific role of the image in the poetry,the aesthetic significance of the image of Ruanji's poetry and other aspects.This paper makes a systematic and in-depth study of Ruanji's poems from the perspective of close reading of texts and image study by combing the achievements of previous studies on Ruanji's poems and drawing on the previous studies on Ruanji's poems from the perspective of society and history.The text is divided into three parts:The first part is the systematic analysis of the images used in Ruan ji's poems,including bird image,day image,figure image,road image and plant image.The images used in Ruan ji's poems are not only huge in number and variety,but also unique in their application,such as prominent opposition and repeated emphasis.A careful analysis of Ruan ji's poetic imagery reveals that it has a great influence on his poems.Ruan ji also tactfully and implicitly expresses his feelings through different permutations and combinations of the imagery.The second part studies the role of image in Ruanji's poems.Most researchers take the historical perspective as the entry point and believe that the image of Ruan ji's poems serves for expressing the feelings of his poems.Analyzing Ruan ji's poems from such a perspective will easily lead to over-analysis.In this part,the author thinks that the image of Ruan ji's poetry is not only to express his realistic feeling,but also to express his ideal,that is,the ideal realistic society and the ideal spiritual world.Ruan ji because be in troubled times and cannot protect oneself,so the ambition that serves the country is concealed,chose to send affection landscape,uninhibited.However,through his poems,especially his images,it can be seen that Ruan ji pursued a clear and benevolent political world,and he also wanted to pursue a clean spiritual world after being disappointed in reality.The third part studies the literary and aesthetic significance of the image in Ruanji's poems.Because Ruan ji's poems have things to speak of,which show his strong life consciousness and express his pursuit of reality and spirit,his poems have been evaluated as top grade since jin dynasty.In terms of the status of Ruan ji's poetry in the history of literature development,Ruan ji made an indelible contribution to the establishment of the five-character poetry system,and also influenced the later Tao yuanming,Li bai and others.
