General Secretary Xi Jinping's Series of Important Speeches(2016 Edition)is a book about a series of new ideas,new ideas and new strategies put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping around governing state affairs.In addition to quoting many idioms full of excellent traditional Chinese culture,General Secretary Xi Jinping also uses many words of “grounding spirit” to express his understanding of social and political issues.Most of these words are vivid and meaningful.This paper classifies them as "General Secretary idioms" and unifies them with other idioms as “Elegant Words”.The study of the translation of “Elegant Words” in Reader's Book is not only conducive to learning the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of important speeches,but also conducive to improving the reader's political and ideological awareness and knowledge level of sentence-making.The “Elegant Words” in the Reader's Book are rich in content,including idioms,poems,classical Chinese,proverbs and proverbs.Through classification,it can be seen that the “Elegant Words” in the Reader's Book are full of the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation and worth translating and researching.With the help of the translation study of “Elegant Words” in the Reader's Book,we can carry forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture and publicize the national policies and principles.The proper translation of “Elegant Words” in the Reader's Book is of great significance to national policies and foreign propaganda and broadcasting,and requires a strong sense of responsibility.Secondly,the graceful words in the Reader's Book are characterized by strong generality,stable structure and profound meaning,which make translation challenging.Therefore,this paper attempts to put forward the principle of “Five Tones”: homogeneity,homology,homology,equivalence and homology,so as to optimize the translation of “Elegant Words” in the Reader's Book.Firstly,this paper classifies and translates the “Elegant Words” in the Reader's Book through text analysis,induction and illustration,and establishes a mini-corpus.Secondly,it discusses the methods and characteristics of the translation of “Elegant Words” in the Reader's Book through case analysis.Finally,it adds some color to the translation of “Elegant Words” in the Reader's Book through the principle of “Five Tones”.The research work has gained enlightenment from the study of Uygur translation of “Elegant Words” in the Reader's Book.The full text is divided into three parts: preface,body and conclusion.Preface is the basic combing of the current research situation;the body part is divided into six chapters,respectively,to introduce the principles of “Elegant Words” and “Five Tones”.Through the classification and examples of “Elegant Words” in "Reader",the translation characteristics of “Elegant Words” in "Reader" are summarized.On this basis,Chapter III and Chapter IV use empirical method to demonstrate the principle of “Five Tones” in this paper,laying the foundation for the realization of “Five Tones” in the “Elegant Words” in the "Reader".Then,considering the translation of “Elegant Words” in the “Reader”,“Five Tones” principle,the study fully shows that most of the translation of “Elegant Words” in the "Reader" tend to converge to the “Five Tones” principle.The above empirical studies fully demonstrate the validity and practicality of the “Five Tones” principle,which can serve to optimize the translation of “Elegant Words” in the Reader's Book.In view of the problems existing in the translation of “Elegant Words” in the Reader's Book,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for optimization.Finally,it is the Enlightenment of this study.The concluding part reiterates the view that the principle of “Five Tones” has real validity and practicality.The principle of “Five Tones” can make the translation of “Elegant Words” in the Reader's Book achieve the purpose of “Five Tones”.
