The Chinese calligraphy has a history of more than 3,000 years.It is an important traditional art form for China and a treasure in the Chinese traditional culture.The realization of the digitization and digitization of Chinese calligraphy is helpful for the inheritance and promotion of traditional Chinese culture.That has important practical significance.Calligraphy digitization basically includes pen,ink,and paper.The digitization of the brush is particularly important,and the digital model of the brush is the key to the realistic Calligraphy digitization.Extracting the dynamic details and data of the writing from the existing written brush writing video resources is an essential means to analyze the mysteries of calligraphy.However,there are kinds of the noises in the videos,such as reflection and occlusion.These noises cause some bad effect to the videos.Moreover,the color of the brush and word during wring is similar and it is difficult to separate them.All these question make it impossible to observe the brush pen tip,especially the brush tip shape.In this paper,the digital model and parameter fitting of the writing brush tip are studied,and this model is used to fit the real writing brush in the video,and the writing brush and brush writing characters in the writing brush writing video are realized,so that the writing brush tip deformation in the writing process is visualized and generated.The animation written with the brush pen is displayed.The writing brush mainly includes two parts:the pen holder and the writing head.In the writing process,the shape of the writing brush tip is changeable,which is the focus and difficulty of brush writing modeling.In this paper,the virtual brush modeling method proposed by Zhang Zhenting is used.This method divides the brush model into brush center axis modeling and brush tip modeling.The method is easy to implement and the amount of calculation is small.In the modeling process,the central axis of the brush is used.Think of it as a combination of a cubic curve and a line;the brush tip model consists of a number of elliptical sections tangent to the central axis,and these ellipse center points are located on the central axis of the brush.In order to obtain the dynamic parameters such as axis equation and the long and short axis data of the elliptical cross-section during brush pen movement,this paper proposes a new method to obtain these parameters from video.Firstly,the Chinese character is written and recorded using a custom-designed brush with a specific color.Then,the color feature is used to perform pen and stroke segmentation,and a dynamic parameter model library for writing brush is established.Finally,the general model of the brush and the above-mentioned dynamic parameter model library are used to fit with the brush parameters and shape in the new video source,and then further pen stroke segmentation and front view animation generation can be got.This method uses writing brush as the data source,fitting the shape of the brush in the video,to realize the segmentation of the brush pen and stroke and obtain the front view static picture of the brush and the animation of the brush writing process.From the obtained animation,the deformation of the writing brush tip during the writing process of the writing brush and the writing process of the writing brush can be observed.Experiments show that this method is feasible and effective,and provides new data and data acquisition methods for later research.
