In 1987,the state education commission incorporated sports dance into the physical education class of higher education,which not only injected new contents into the physical education class,but also innovated the sports art.This landmark development makes the sports dance gradually popularize and popularize in colleges and universities,which adds a new color to the sports art culture of China's colleges and universities.With the rapid development of China's economy and the increasing investment of education funds,the requirements for talent cultivation are higher and higher.Under the background of education quality,the sports dance competition is developing vigorously in universities.Based on the 2017 China University(Middle)Student sports dance championship finals for the study of the carrier,through the analysis of the ordinary university group of Latin dance series 19 categories of final ranking,determine the Yanching Institute of Technology of group ranked first in common colleges and universities as the research object,analyses and expounds the factors influencing competition performance,Yanching Institute of Technology institute,including the main factors and conditions,and to determine these factors and the promotion and restriction relationship between competition performance,to other class colleges provide basis to improve the level of Latin dance competition and At the same time,it provides reference for other high-level sports training teams to cultivate excellent talents with comprehensive scientific and cultural quality and higher sports level.In this study,Yanching Institute of Technology in 2017 China University(Middle)Student sports dance championship finals 14 athletes and 2 coaches as investigation object,use the literature material method,interview method,questionnaire,logical analysis and mathematical statistics,etc.,affect the competition performance,Yanching Institute of Technology of Latin dance team subject factors and conditions of the factors are analyzed,and the main research content is: The main factors include four parts: athletes' competitive level,coaches' teaching ability,judges' judgment level and competitors' level,and five parts include sports team management,training arrangement,medical and health care,reward policy and other factors.The conclusions of this study are as follows:1.According to the research results,the influencing factors of the Latin dance team of Yanching Institute of Technology in 2017 university(middle)dancesport championship are divided into two categories: core factors and related factors.The core factors include: the athlete's basic level factor,the coach's coaching ability factor,the referee's ruling level factor and the competitor's level factor;Related factors include: competition environment,venue funding,incentive policies,nutrition and medical treatment,and other factors.2.Among the core factors,athletes' sports experience,age structure,training motivation and participation experience are particularly important;In particular,the teaching experience of coaches,training motivation and the selection of athletes,the management of sports teams,the formulation of training plans and other factors have played a role in promoting the achievements of Yanching Institute of Technology Latin dance team competition.However,the dancing foundation of athletes is weak,the number of athletes is small,and the pre-competition emotions of athletes fluctuate greatly.The lack of teacher resources and the low scientific research level of coaches have restricted the performance of the Latin dance team of Yanching Institute of Technology.3.Among the related factors,the training venues provided by the school meet the requirements of teaching and training,sufficient competition funds and a perfect reward system have played a positive role in promoting the performance of the Latin dance team of Yanching Institute of Technology.Factors such as training environment,competition venue,venue facilities,competition schedule arrangement and logistics support selected by the organizing committee restrict the performance of the Latin dance team of Yanching Institute of Technology.4.In view of the teaching and training situation of Yanching Institute of Technology,the factors affecting the performance of Latin dance teams should be summarized in time to maintain the promoting factors and improve the restrictingfactors,so as to effectively improve the competitive level of Latin dancers and achieve better performance.
