In 2009,SUNBO foreign language training school(hereinafter referred to as "SUNBO")began to run personalized teaching mode to today have passed nearly 6 years,but with the quality of service requirements of the higher and higher,the current teaching service has been unable to meet the needs of students and parents.Then the service process reengineering will be a sharp knife,let SUNBO completely get rid of the existing mode of operation,improve the core idea of the satisfaction of the students,improve the economic benefits of SUNBO,to enhance the core competitiveness.This paper to SUNBO internal service process reengineering as the research object,based on business process reengineering,meticulous management theory by literature research method,investigation method,logical analysis method,SUNBO in the interior of teaching,foreign teachers and VIP of the three major centers of student service process diagnosis,determine the key processes and problems of process and the process reengineering-The main research contents include the following 3 aspects:(1)Analysis of SUNBO operating status,to determine the transformation of the target and the diagnosis of existing processes.Through the diagnosis of SUNBO existing service processes combined with SUNBO internal and external competition environment analysis and evaluation of student satisfaction survey and results of operations,this paper argues that the individualized teaching model will be the development trend of the future education and training industry,and the current SUNBO VIP teaching center process lack of personalized,students experience a poor,weak core competitiveness,only process reengineering can be better for students to create value,improve satisfaction,so as to improve the overall competitiveness of the SUNBO.(2)Redesign of service process.Through the redesign of VIP teaching center key service process,considering the existing organizational structure cannot satisfy the human resources needs of the new process,re design the organizational structure,focusing on the relevant departments of the job duties and standard specification,design and the performance evaluation system and related forms and upgrade existing information systems and technology applications.(3)Implementation,evaluation and continuous improvement of service process.Through the results of operations,VIP students class,renewals performance,student satisfaction survey data analyzing and evaluating the implementation effect of the new process,not only to the satisfaction of the trainee has greatly improved and economic benefit have leap growth.However,although the application of the new process has achieved gratifying results,but still need to continue to improve and perfect,make the service more professional,more refined management.Today,with the development of "business process reengineering",all walks of life in innovation,managers to have a clear understanding to from the customer's perspective,to meet their needs is the survival of the king,and advanced to the core business process is effective tool to improve the loyalty of customers.
