Research On The Protection Of Traditional Villages In Yongtai County From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

As a carrier of Chinese agrarian civilization for thousands of years,traditional villages exhibit significant social,historical,cultural and economic values.However,rapid industrialization has caused varying degrees of destruction of many traditional villages,driving some of them into the edge of collapse and extinction.The 19th National Congress report proposed that the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,which also put forward better requirements for the protection of traditional villages,providing new opportunities.First,in order to provid reference methods for the protection of traditional villages,this paper tries to answer the question of why to choose the strategic perspective of rural revitalization,what is the relationship between rural revitalization and traditional village protection,and how to realize the protection of traditional villages from the perspective of rural revitalization.First,the paper believes that rural revitalization can promote the economic development of traditional villages and enhance villagers 'pride.At the same time,the protection of traditional villages is an important component of rural revitalization and an important carrier for the realization of rural civilization.Second,this paper analyzes the status quo of protection of traditional villages in Yongtai County from the aspects of public policy formulation,organization and implementation,capital investment and tourism development.It also summarizes the experience of establishing the concept of protection first,improving the level of government public service supply,implementing the community participation model,promoting the development of village industries,and exploiting historical and cultural resources.Then,analyze the existing problems.It was found that Yongtai County lacked scientific management system,insufficient village development power,shortage of funds,serious damage to local buildings,weak public service capacity,inadequate policy protection,and insufficient participation of the people,and analyzed the causes.Thirdly,the paper analyzes the attributes of traditional villages,and considers that they have three characteristics:public goods,quasi-public goods,and private goods.According to the characteristics of its attributes,and in view of the above questions,this paper puts forward the following suggestions on promoting the protection of traditional villages in Yongtai County:strengthening legislative protection and policy guarantees,and continuously improving the protection system;Strengthen resource assessment and prepare scientific protection and development plans;Promoting community participation model to improve the level of rural governance;Set up a diversified investment financing platform to solve the dilemma of shortage of funds;We will strengthen the construction of the talents team,solve the difficulties in property rights,and promote industrial development;We will raise awareness of cultural protection,define the historical and cultural protection lines of traditional villages,and coordinate the innovative protection and in-depth development of cultural resources.
