Ethnic minority villages not only have a rich historical and cultural heritage and a good ecological system,but also embody the humanistic spirit and labor wisdom of China 's ethnic minorities and ethnic minority areas.Its value is self-evident.Ethnic minority villages have different village protection values due to their different natural geographical environment,resource conditions,and cultural heritage of different ethnic groups.Langde Shangzhai is located in Leishan County,Guizhou Province.Due to its special geographical location and landform,it has formed a typical Miao village with only 100 households.Its Miao culture has a long history of inheritance.The ancient architectural complex in Shangzhai,Langde is also listed as the fifth batch of key cultural relics protection units in China due to its typical Miao cultural characteristics.In addition,Lande Shangzhai is also the “place where the 2008 Beijing Olympic torch passed”.It is the only Miao village in the history of the Olympic torch holding the ignition ceremony.It is also the most distinctive stop in the national torch relay.Due to the inconvenience of transportation in Shangde Village of Lande,during the years of tourism development,the village's architecture,pattern,national culture and other aspects have been relatively intact and have high research value.In recent years,with the continuous acceleration of urbanization,Lande Shangzhai has strong national characteristics and low development costs,which has attracted many investors and local governments to develop it,which has accelerated the economic development of minority villages.However,at the same time,ethnic minority villages also face various practical problems in terms of protection and development,which are manifested in the following aspects: First,the ethnic culture display and protection in the villages are in conflict,and the national traditional culture is damaged to a certain extent;second,The level of tourism development is low,the taste is not high,and the lack of characteristic tourism products with strong cultural connotation.Third,the management of the villages is defective,which makes the villagers gradually lack the enthusiasm for protecting and developing the villages.The existence of these problems is extremely detrimental to the development and protection of ethnic minority villages."Village revitalization" is a strategy put forward by Comrade Xi Jinping in the report of the 19 th CPC National Congress on October 18,2017.The problem of agriculture and rural peasants is a fundamental issue related to the national economy and people's livelihood.We must always take the issue of "three rural issues" as the top priority of the party's work and implement the strategy of rural rejuvenation.According to the country's strategy for rural revitalization and the realities of the special geographical area of Lande Shangzhai,explore the protection and development modes of regional characteristics of villages with ethnic characteristics.On the basis of combing the literature on the protection and development of relevant minority villages at home and abroad and the strategy of rural revitalization,this article uses the literature as the theoretical basis on the basis of sustainable development theory,cultural ecology theory,cultural consciousness theory,and human-land relationship theory.The research method of research method,field survey method,and inductive deduction method is based on the latest strategy proposed by the party and the country,"Village Revitalization." The special geographical,climate,topographical features,soil vegetation,transportation and other natural environmental conditions of Shangzhai and the current status of humanities and cultural environments such as building culture,clothing culture,food culture,etc.are analyzed,and the economic and academic value of Shangzhai The value of cultural research lies in its current status,effectiveness,and problems in its protection and development.Aiming at the importance and specificity of the value inheritance of Shangde Village in Lande,guided by the “Village Revitalization Strategy” for rural issues recently proposed by the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,combining a series of problems in the development process of Shangde Village in Lande Starting from the general requirements and related principles of the revitalization strategy,clarify the objects and goals of its protection and development,and put forward the principles to be followed for protection and development,and explore specific protection methods and development strategies for minority villages such as Lande Shangzhai.It is hoped that after exploring Langde Shangzhai,it will enrich the research on the protection and development of relevant ethnic minority villages,provide new ideas for the sustainable,comprehensive,and coordinated development of ethnic minority villages,and coordinate economic development,ethnic culture protection,and ecology.The balance of the three among environmental protection makes a modest contribution.
