Ethical Constraints On Weibo Misconduct Phenomenon

The history of microblogging entering people's daily life in the form of new media is not long,but its rapid development and wide influence shocked the media and academia.The development of micro-blog has been booming all the way,showing a prosperous scene,but the drawbacks have followed,a variety of micro-blog moral anomie emerged in endlessly.Microblogging provides a good discourse platform for the current society,but also let us fall into a lot of ethical dilemmas.So,what ethical issues have emerged in micro-blog community? Why? And how should micro-blog ethics be constructed?This paper mainly summarizes the ethical anomie phenomena in the micro-blogging platform through specific cases,and examines its causes ethically,with a view to defining the relevant concepts of micro-blogging ethics and discussing the ethical regulation of micro-blogging ethical anomie phenomena based on the relevant theories of ethics.Around the topic,this paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,explaining the background and significance of the thesis,then combing the relevant research process at home and abroad,summarizing and summarizing the relevant research results at home and abroad,and finally explaining the ideas of writing the paper,the research methods used and possible innovations.The second chapter defines the concept of micro-blog and micro-blog ethics.This paper systematically combs the development path and classification of micro-blog at home and abroad,and analyzes the characteristics of micro-blog and its role in the current network society.Next,it defines the concept of microblogging ethics from the perspective of ethics and morality,and summarizes the ethical relationship and its role involved in microblogging from the perspective of people and society,people and people,and people and themselves.Finally,it summarizes the function of microblogging ethics from three aspects: cognition,guidance and education.The third chapter summarizes the phenomenon of moral anomie in micro-blog platform.From the perspective of the rights of ethical philosophy,this paper summarizes the ethical anomie phenomena on the microblogging platform.There are four main types: the confusion of the realistic value orientation of the microblogging subject;the impact of the confusion of fiction and reality on the social trust;the perplexity of multiple egos and the tendency of "impersonalization";the freedom of the behavior subject and the infringement of individual rights.The fourth chapter mainly focuses on ethical considerations of the causes of current ethical anomie.Firstly,the diversity and uncertainty of the identity of micro-blog users lead to the diversity of micro-blog users' moral structure,and a variety of values collide and blend in the micro-blog community.Secondly,there is an asymmetry between freedom of speech and moral responsibility in the microblogging community,and a dispute between "free will" and "moral responsibility".Thirdly,as a new media in the current pan-entertainment environment,it is unavoidable to fall into the plight of "righteousness" and "benefit".Finally,the development speed of micro-blog is far higher than the construction speed of micro-blog ethics.At present,micro-blog ethics has not yet established a complete system.The fifth chapter mainly discusses the ethical regulation measures for the current phenomenon of micro-blog's moral anomie.First of all,we need to clarify the ethical principles of the right to micro-blog information,the behavior of micro-blog users can have the corresponding ethical principles for reference.Secondly,we should build a harmonious micro-blog community of self-government ethics,respect the free will of micro-blog users,mobilize the enthusiasm of micro-blog users,and jointly participate in the construction of a harmonious micro-blog community.Thirdly,improve the ethical environment of micro-blog and create a healthy and positive ethical atmosphere.Finally,it is to establish a complete moral protection for the rights of micro-blogging,"those who abide by virtue benefit,those who lack virtue are damaged",which shows the ethical value orientation of micro-blogging.
