Micro-blog’s appearing makes people break constraints through the time and area, share the information resources on the Internet and exchange information. Because micro-blog has such characteristics as the low entry threshold, simple operation, wide information etc., so much people like it. In China in just several years, users have multiplied, but at the same time, it also appeared many micro-blog anomie, and growing worse and worse. So great changes have taken place about people’s way of thinking, innovative ideas, values and way of life.But if we will not research and guide correctly on micro-blog, not guarantee the micro-blog security technology, not set up the micro-blog behaviour normative system of the whole society, will seriously affect the normal and healthy development of micro-blog in China. Therefore, it becomes very urgent and important to build micro-blog ethics adapting to the development trend. The article is mainly divided into four parts:First chapter is the introduction. It expounds the selected topic of this article, makes a brief review about the present situation of research at home and abroad, and introduces the research ideas, research methods and innovation of article.The second chapter introduces the the four characteristics of the micro-blog dissemination convenience, originality and interactivity, simplicity etc. on the basis of the rise and ethics connotation of the micro-blog, and points out that the micro-blog brings moral progress to people’s life from three aspects like democracy, communication, social civilization.The third chapter firstly elaborates the micro-blog era ethical anomie from three aspects of moral, moral norms and moral behavior, points out that the major forms of Wei-Bo ethics anomie behavior are the moral relativism prevails, running mechanism and Wei-Bo spreading immoral behavior is; Finally it will be the cause of Wei-Bo ethical issues as environment-the organization-technology-ethical ring of Wei-Bo usersThe fourth chapter puts forward the basic principles and practical paths of the micro-blog ethical construction. It sets about establishing the basic ethical principles mainly from three aspects such as harmless, autonomy and justice. At the same time, this article states the feasible path of practice mainly from three aspects such as the technical supervision, perfecting laws and regulations, improve user moral self-discipline.Guided by the Marxist ethic theory, this article follows the principle of theory with practice, face the micro-blog existing social problems, as well as actively looking for appropriate countermeasures on how to deal with these negative phenomena.
