The Musical Characters And The Performing Analysis Of Franck Angelis' "Haiti"

‘Haiti' is a accordion work created by French composer Franck Angelis for the2010 Haiti Earthquake.It is divided into three movements,throughout the theme of "Earthquake" It depicts the scene of the earthquake disaster and the strong and self-help of people under natural disasters,and expresses the composer's sympathy,admiration and thinking about life of the people in the disaster-stricken areas.This paper is divided into three chapters:Chapter 1: The composer's life and the background of his works.This chapter begins with the life of Angeles and the background of Haiti,which paves the way for the further study of this work.Chapter 2: Analysis of Haiti's works.This chapter specifically analyses the music noumenon of Haiti's works,and summarizes from the aspects of musical structure,mode and tonality,theme materials and composing techniques.Chapter 3: Performing analysis.In this chapter,the author combines his own practical playing experience to study the rhythm and rhythm control,key touch control,design and application of bellows,performance of special techniques and arrangement of fingering in detail.
