The double bass,a charming low-pitched instrument,is the "pillar" of the whole orchestra.In fact,during the period of classicism,Italian composer Dragonetti took the stage of solo performance(concerto in G major)and greatly increased the prestige of the bass.Adolf Misek(1875-1955),a bass composer in the Romantic period,composed three well-known Sonatas(A major,E minor,F major).The first Sonata studied in this paper is one of them.This Sonata is of great research value in both musical style and performance techniques.The author makes a detailed analysis of the structure and performance skills of each movement,hoping to help the readers,especially the students who play this piece. |
