Subjective well-being has always been the focus of domestic and foreign scholars.The research on happiness in China is conducive to further promoting the people-oriented educational concept and paying more attention to students' subjective emotional state.The emotion of the students in the adolescent stage fluctuates greatly,and the loneliness and interpersonal tension caused by the emotion are prominent.Based on this,this study mainly discusses the status quo of adolescents' subjective well-being,introducing loneliness and interpersonal trust to explore the relationship between the three variables.Finally,through the intervention of youth groups,the paper discusses the role of group auxiliary activity classes on the subjective well-being of young people.In this research,convenient sampling was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 750 students in junior one,junior two,senior one and senior two in ChangShou.The results are as follows:1.The overall performance of adolescents' subjective well-being is relatively ideal.The scores of the only child in the dimension of life satisfaction were lower than those of the non-only child;the scores of the adolescents holding positions in the dimension of overall emotional index were significantly higher than those of the adolescents without positions.2.The total score of subjective well-being and its dimensions are negatively correlated with loneliness;the total score of subjective well-being and its dimensions are positively correlated with the total score of interpersonal trust and its dimensions;and loneliness is negatively correlated with the total score of interpersonal trust and its dimensions.3.Loneliness and interpersonal trust can well predict subjective well-being.Loneliness can not only directly predict subjective well-being,but also indirectly affect subjective well-being through interpersonal trust.4.The form of group-assisted activity class has a good effect on promoting adolescents' subjective well-being.Conclusion: Families,friends and schools should try their best to reduce their loneliness and cultivate their interpersonal trust in others in order to improve their subjective well-being.In view of this,group counseling activity class can play a good role in the intervention of adolescents' subjective well-being,which is conducive to the improvement of adolescents' subjective well-being.
