Analysis Of College Students’ Interpersonal Contact Efficacy Affect To Loneliness :Mediating Effect Of Interpersonal Trust

Interpersonal interaction is necessary for people who living in society.Each person in the process of communication is both the subject and the object.because of the importance of interpersonal interaction,The study of the interpersonal interaction has become a very important part of social psychology.In the process of the interpersonal interaction,If the person have a lower expected to result of intercourse.Even have the feeling of failure,the person is more likely to feel lonely.As the influence factors of interpersonal interaction, interpersonal contact efficacy, interpersonal trust and loneliness is important for the study the mentation of interaction and draw great inspiration for future research.The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between interpersonal contact efficacy, interpersonal trust and loneliness.Find the reason of poor interaction and summarize how to improve college students’ interpersonal interaction.This study takes 300 co llege students as the research object, through the questionnaire survey method to carry on the inquiry..This study is divided into three parts.The first part is study the significant differences of interpersonal contact efficacy, interpersonal trust and loneliness in gender, grade, place of birth, and major.The study found that college students’ interpersonal contact efficacy have significant difference in singleton or not and the different birthplaces, and there is no significant difference in gender, major and grades.The loneliness of college students in different sex, singleton or not and different birthplacesshowed significant difference,There was no significant difference in different grades.Finally, aspects of interpersonal trust,there were significant differences in different sex and grades,there were no significant difference in different major singleton or not and different birthplaces.The second part of the study is building the structural equation modeling(SEM)for interpersonal contact efficacy, interpersonal trust and loneliness.When define interpersonal contact efficacy as the independent variable,loneliness as the dependent variable and interpersonal trust as the intermediary variable to research the relationship between the three variables. The third part of the study was to explore the mediating effect between three variables.The results showed interpersonal trust plays a completely mediating role in the relation between interpersonal contact efficacy and loneliness.By discussion of the result, the researchers found that college students want to improve the quality of interpersonal interaction, Through enhanced their interpersonal contact efficacy and encourage them to trust each other is helpful.Helping them to alleviate the sense of loneliness in the process of interaction, so as to solve interpersonal crisis for some college students.
