Xian’s Dream And Practice

Xian Guansheng(1887-1952),was a famous Guangdong industrialist in Shanghai.Guan Shengyuan founded by him develop rapidly,which can be said to be a successful example of the development of modern Chinese national enterprises.At present,there are few professional studies on Xian Guansheng and Guan Shengyuan in academic circles,which are mostly carried out from the perspective of compilation of historical data and sorting out historical development.Based on the intimal data provided by Guan Shengyuan enterprise,this paper sorted out and analyzed all kinds of scattered materials,and collected oral data to restore a more complete and complete image of Xian Guansheng and Guan Shengyuan.This paper studies Xian Guansheng from three aspects: career establishment,career development and social responsibility.In the first part,Xian Guansheng’s hometown feelings were taken as the entry point to explore the important role of Xian Guansheng’s early experiences in his hometown in promoting his future development,and Xian Guansheng’s contributions to his hometown after achieving certain achievements,showing the mutual promotion between the two.The second part analyzes the reasons for the rapid growth and development of Guan Shengyuan from the perspective of Xian Guansheng’s business strategy,and shows his business wisdom.Finally,taking patriotism as the core and intercepting several important periods such as the national goods movement and the relocation of factories,this paper summarizes and analyzes the patriotic behaviors of Guan Shengyuan,and shows his social responsibility.As a businessman,Xian Guansheng is undoubtedly a success,he will give their dreams into practice,to crown life garden for stage achievement of a business legend,both its hometown feelings deep and thick patriotism,even he shown some means in the process of doing business with plans to make the image more rich and full.
