A Contrastive Analysis Of The Japanese Compound Verb "??? " And Its Corresponding Chinese Expressions

Japanese compound verbs have a large proportion in Japanese verbs and are rich in expressiveness.They are widely used in everyday oral Japanese and academic articles.However,because the meaning and usage of compound verbs are difficult,it is not easy to grasp the correct semantics and use them correctly.This thesis selects the compound verb "???" with the largest number of preceding verbs as the research object,and attempts to use the "Semantic Orientation Analysis" of Chinese grammar research to analyze the Japanese compound verb "???" and conduct a detailed examination of its corresponding Chinese expression.This thesis consists of three parts:the prologue,the main body and the final chapter.The preface section introduces the research motivation,prior research summary,research methods and article composition.The body consists of three chapters.The first chapter introduces the theory of semantic direction,and proposes three benchmarks for judging the semantic direction,"replacement expression","dictionary interpretation"and "fixed matching.The second chapter divides the compound verbs into four categories according to the three judgment criteria,namely,"subject pointing","object pointing","action pointing" and "multiple pointing",and through the combination of the definition of the dictionary and the example analysis of the corpus,the meaning characteristics of the latter verbs in the compound verbs with different semantic orientations are analyzed.The third chapter,from the perspective of meaning orientation,examines the corresponding Chinese expressions for different semantic pointing categories in detail.The final chapter summarizes the content of this article and points out future research topics.The following is a summary of the conclusions of this paper.Firstly,The compound verb "???" that points to the subject and object indicate internal movement.The compound verb "???" of this kind is usually translated into“??”.This paper analyzes and summarizes the similarities and differences between the compound verbs "???" and "??".So,in addition to "??",it also can be translated into "??·?·?·?".Secondly,The compound verb "???" pointed to the action expresses its behavior or state to a higher degree by modifying the behavior or state described by the preceding verb.The corresponding C.hinese expression is generally a Chinese compound verb such as”?·? +V",and the expression with adverbs.In addition,the"V??""V??" and other dynamic complement structures can also be seen.Finally,there are multiple points,pointing to two or three of the subject,the object,and the action.Different points have different meanings,so multiple compound verbs generally have different meanings.
