An Analysis Of The Redesign Of Books On Xu Xiake's Travels

This article takes the ancient travel notes,Xu Xiake's travels,as a case,this paper redesigns ancient Chinese books from the perspective of modern book design,based on the inappropriateness of ancient Chinese books in modern society.This paper probes deeply into various problems in the redesign process,including the form of the open book,the design of the cover,the layout design,the relationship between the composition of pictures and texts,the harmonious application of materials,binding methods,etc.It manages the emotional dialogue between readers and books,and strives to construct a rich and colorful modern reading situation so that readers can feel the same.This paper mainly uses the methods of questionnaire survey,literature research and qualitative analysis to analyze the redesign of Xu Xiake's Travel Notes,an ancient Chinese book,and explores how the redesign of Xu Xiake's Travel Notes conforms to the reading habits of contemporary tourism consumers.It strives to make the content readable,the information conveyed clear,the form novel and unique,and uses modern book design.The method of calculation can achieve the harmony and unity of tradition and modernity.This article mainly discusses from three aspects,that is,the research background of the redesign of books on Xu Xiake's travels,the redesign of books on Xu Xiake's travels,and the redesign of books on Xu Xiake's travels.
