As one of the oldest Musical Instruments in China,the flute represents the inheritance and development of Chinese literature and culture.In the 1950s(1953),Mr.Feng zicun successfully performed the flute as a solo instrument on the stage for the first time at the first national music dance festival.Subsequently,the golden age of bamboo flute emerged,with a large number of bamboo flute masters with different characteristics,and gradually formed two main schools,north and south.Among them,the northern group is represented by feng zicun,wang tiechui and liu guanye,while the southern group is represented by zhao songting,yu senfa and lu chunling.This paper,from the perspective of the development and performance of bamboo flute,takes "late autumn reverie" as an example to analyze the evolution of the north and south school of bamboo flute from its formation to its development so far.Through the analysis of late autumn,this paper analyzes the development direction of the north and south school of bamboo flute gradually integrating and taking advantage of each other.
