Flute is one of the oldest musical instruments, but also the mostwidely spread of the wind instruments. Flute is a flute playing skillsfaction, music style, geography, and other factors representative division.By learning and playing in the usual understanding, the paper discussesthe various factions flute technique by comparing the differences,including the comparison of the various schools of comparative regionalstyle contrast, which reflects a variety of differences arising fromdifferent traditions US-Chinese flute generally divided into two Qudi andbangdi, Qudi mainly for accompaniment and the southern Chinese Kunquvariety of local music ensemble, so called Kun flute; bangdi, popular inthe north, often accompanied Clapper Opera North. This paper from theflute shape, geographical and cultural aspects of each genre of flute musicto explain the differences and characteristics.
