Research purposes: Sports dance,also known as international standard dance,is a competitive sport.The incidence of sports dance injury is high.One of the important reasons is the imbalance of core muscle strength,but this problem has not attracted people's attention.At present,the sports dance project is hot,but because it does not have a relatively perfect training method and scientific training plan for the core muscle strength,it leads to frequent sports injuries in sports dance projects.This study conducts an experimental study on the core strength of sports dance athletes from the perspective of core muscle imbalance,and controls the muscle strength of the left and right sides of the core area of sports dance athletes to a balanced range to prevent sports injuries caused by long-term training.Occurs to improve the quality of life of athletes and improve the level of athletes' competition.Research methods: This study used the literature data method,experimental method,and mathematical analysis method.Through the literature,we can understand the current situation of sports injury in sports dance,core stability training content,and core muscle imbalance.The core stability intervention was carried out on 60 students of Hebei Zhongyi Shengkun College Entrance Examination Training School.60 students were divided into experimental group and control group by random grouping.In the experimental group,15 boys and girls were in the experimental group..The experimental group used unilateral core strength training,that is,single-strand core training;the control group used traditional core strength training,that is,double-strand core strength training.Research results: After 12 weeks of core stability training,there are different degrees of influence on the left and right sides of sports dance athletes:(1)The singlechain core training has a tendency to become smaller and more stable for the left and right sides of sports dance athletes.In the double-stranded movement,all the difference changes have a tendency to become smaller and larger,and the change is significantly larger than that of the experimental group.(2)After the training of the two core strengths,the AEMG signals are improved when the boys and girls complete the movement,indicating that the strength of the movement is improved.Boys' muscle strength is stronger than that of girls.In the process of training and training for beginners in high-level athletes,the differences between the left and the right are gradually changing.During the training process,the female external oblique and erector spinae are more sensitive to strength than boys.(3)During the training process,the asymmetry of the left and right sides of the core will be amplified.The FMS test shows that the experimental group has asymmetry in the test movement,but the control group has more asymmetry than the experimental group.less.(4)After 12 weeks of training,there was no significant change in the left and right sides of the closed eyes of the experimental group in the control group,only increased before the experiment,and there was no significant difference between the two groups.(5)The psoas of the experimental group and the control group There was no significant difference in explosive power data.There was a significant increase between the two groups compared with the experimental ones,but there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group.Research conclusions: One side can alleviate and maintain the difference between the existing left and right cores,and the bilateral training has a tendency to amplify the difference,indicating that the unilateral core force stability training is more bilateral than the core strength of the left and right sides of the core.Core stability training is better.Unilateral core stability training and bilateral core stability training have a significant impact on the balance ability and explosive power of sports dancers.There is no obvious single-chain training method or double-chain training method.
