For a long time,China's educational practice overemphasizes the common requirements and unified development,while neglecting the cultivation of students' personality.With the promotion of quality education and new curriculum reform,teachers are required to respect the rich diversity of each student,and pay attention to personalized education in teaching practice in order to provide conditions for the development of each student.In such a new era,stratified teaching,as an effective teaching strategy,has pushed onto the stage of education and achieved some great grades.However,due to the dual restrictions of exam-oriented education and traditional classroom,China's primary and secondary schools face with some problems in the development of stratified teaching,and it has not played a real effect.With the advent of the era of education information,flipped classroom,as a kind of innovation of teaching form,not only break the structure of traditional classroom,to adjust the class time and classroom planning,and emphasis on students' autonomous learning,to increase students' learning options and freedom.It is also changes the present teaching predicament,such as “One Size Fits All”,“week feedback” and “low efficiency”,and cater to the trend of personalized learning.It has to do with the purpose of carrying out stratified teaching under the requirement of new curriculum reform.Based on constructivism,humanism,the zone of proximal development,mastery learning theory and differentiated teaching,this paper conducts a practical study on the stratified teaching of English reading in junior middle schools.In the first middle school of the A City,which I taught,through a half-year practical study,randomly selected classes in three grades through questionnaires,interviewed with first-line teachers,and classroom observations to investigate the current situation of junior middle school English reading stratified teaching,while reading relevant comprehensive analysis of the literature,and aiming at the problem,propose to use the flip classroom to optimize the stratified teaching of junior middle school English reading.In the eighth grade,a class was randomly selected,with the pre-class,in-class and post-class three courses as the main line.During the period,the literature survey method was used to understand the related researches on flipping classroom,stratified teaching and flipping classroom application in layered teaching.And then writer practiced a study on the stratified teaching of junior middle school English reading based on flipped classroom.After teaching practice,by classroom observation,questionnaire survey,individual interviews with students and comprehensive analysis of the data before and after the test paper,it is concluded based on comprehensive analysis from SPSS that: the stratified teaching of junior middle school English reading based on flipped classroom improves the ability and interest of students at different levels in learning English reading,but also close the gap between students at different levels.Besides,it also shows that flipped classroom has promoted the effectiveness of stratified teaching of junior middle school English reading to a certain extent,which can be used as a reference for other subjects.
