In the 21 st century,Thailand is one of the countries with the most popularity of Chinese language.It is second to none in terms of propaganda,scale of study,and the number of volunteer Chinese teachers sent by China.The "extraordinary development" mode of transmission of Thai has been formed and has achieved important achievements.At the same time,the various problems of Chinese teaching in Thailand cannot be ignored.Among them,the problem of poor classroom management is particularly prominent.We believe that this issue has actually become one of the important factors that constrain the further improvement of Chinese language teaching in Thailand.Guided by the theories of education,psychology and educational psychology,this paper combines our teaching practice in the Confucius Classroom at Nawamintharachinuthid Horwang Nonthaburi School,selecting the classroom management problem of Chinese teaching as the research object.Through questionnaires and classroom observations,the paper analyzes the main problems of interpersonal relationship and discipline in classroom management in the form of tabular statistics,and analyzes the causes of problems from teachers and students.On this basis,we propose targeted solutions from the perspective of volunteers.We believe that the lack of media language expression ability and teaching management ability of volunteer Chinese teachers is the crux of the problem.Volunteers can only fully exert their subjective initiative,study Thai language,strengthen communication with students,fully understand their characteristics,and on this basis,transforming the educational concept and improving the teaching management ability,and problem behaviors can be reasonable guided.Treating the students equally,correcting the students' learning attitude,and stimulating their learning motivation.So it can gradually improve the learning environment,and fundamentally solve the long-standing ills in classroom management.
